When viewing some one's general info/profile, or even gallery, below their general info (the status info) is a toolbar, sort of, with links to that deviant's gallery, scraps, journal, etc. The last button on the toolbar (the one all the way to the right) is +deviantWatch. So if you really like someone's work and don't want to have to bookmark them, devwatch them and you'll be informed when they come out with new deviations!
